Lenses

A lens is an optical component with curved surfaces transmitting and refracting a light beam. It serves to converge or diverge a light beam, thus forming a real or virtual image or transforming it. Photonchina provides all types of lenses with materials of BK7, Fused Silica as well as IR lenses with materials of Calcium Fluoride, Sapphire, Silicon and Germanium etc.

With the rich experience in manufacturing lenses and the help of high-end of optical coating machine, Photonchina has supplied lenses with mass quantity or custom small number to customers worldwide for more than decades. From first cut to final stage of production, we ensure that all products has been under strict quality control and thus conduct excellent performance in customer’s real use.

Micro Lens

Micro rod lens and micro spherical lens. Ultra-small size : outer diameter 0.3mm-5mm, length: 0.5mm-30mm, either in spherical/round or rod shape.

C-lens

C-lens is specially designed for fiber optics usage in collimator, isolator, switch, collimator array and laser Assembly.  Advantage: low cost, low insertion loss wide working distance.

Plano-Concave Lens

They are often employed for beam expansion of high peak power pulsed lasers. A beam incident on a concave surface will be focused to a point outside the instrument.

Plano-Convex Lens

Photonchina’ plano-convex lenses have excellent shape, with best centration and flatness, and can be used either for focusing collimated light or for collimating a point source.

Double-Concave Lens

This negative lens has the form most suitable to producing divergent light or a virtual image, where the input light is converging. Materials: BK7, Fused Silica, Sapphire, CaF2

Double Convex Lens

Double Convex Lens is made of BK7 or other materials, which is manufactured with an identical convex surface on both sides of the lens. Positive focal lengths and form both real and virtual images.

Achromatic Lens

  • Big and small size available
  • Small diameter size up to 3mm
  • Short focal length, such as 5mm
  • Excellent quality
  • AR-coating, mounts services

Aspheric Lens

Spherical aberration is commonly seen in spherical lenses, but aspheric lenses focus light to a small point, creating comparatively no blur and improving image quality.

Cylindrical Lens

This negative lens has the form most suitable to producing divergent light or a virtual image, where the input light is converging. Materials: BK7, Fused Silica, Sapphire, CaF2
